What counts as an auto-resolve?
A conversation a bot closes on its own, or a Copilot draft your teammate accepts and sends. Replies your team types themselves are never metered — on any plan, on any channel.
What happens if we use up the monthly pack?
Nothing is billed behind your back. Your team can always keep answering by hand — teammates are never metered — and when you want the bots back at full pace, add 1,000 auto-resolves for $42 or move up a plan.
Teammates are really free? Where's the catch?
Really free, on every plan — invite the whole company. You pay for the work the bots do, plus $24/month for each brand beyond your plan's limit. There is no per-seat line on the invoice.
Do we need a card to start the trial?
No. Every plan opens with 14 free days, no card required. Pick a plan when the trial ends — and if Botdesk isn't a fit, your data can be exported and deleted on request.
We're on another helpdesk — is switching a project?
It's a weekend, not a quarter. The migration wizard carries your conversations, contacts and help articles over, so the bots start with your real knowledge on day one.
